Shibori
Shibori, 2011-2013
Textile and pattern development for my MFA Thesis Design, Imoseyama Onna Teikin. I used a combination of cotton and silk viscose velvet, silk bamboo, cotton sateen, and cotton jersey. The dyes used were Direct Dye, Procion, and Discharge Paste.

Synthetic Indigo Shibori Dyeing, 2012-2013
I created these samples in various workshops to develop my Shibori skill, and to learn how to create synthetic indigo dye vats. This aided in the creation of my MFA Thesis Textile Designs.
