Currently working on a short music video in collaboration with Miya Shen.

The concept is based around the Tea Party in Alice in Wonderland, with video mapping and projections on the costume. This will be exhibited in August 2013. Information can be found here:

Amanda has been asked by Ted-Ed to write lessons for their short video series, about Costume Design and History. Some of the first lessons will be about Kabuki Theatre, the History of the Kimono, and How to make a Hat.

For the 2013 Edinburgh International Fringe Festival, a new dance piece will be performed entitled Colours, based around the life work of Margaret Morris. Choreographed by Vincent Hantam, with costume designs by Amanda Mattes ​in collaboration with the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the University of Edinburgh.
